I was asked to join the holiday club by their rep. I told them i was in a hurry and they said i can leave my details they will fill them in, i had to just put my signature. I requested them not to debit until we agree on payments. I was promised a contract which i still dont have even today for something that happened in February.
2013 May 15 i got an sms that my debit did not run, i gave them a call, they told. Me they will follow up for me. Last week got an sms telling me that i will be listed and a court order was issued for me. I called them. And was told that i cant oull out now as it is too late. I was supposed to cancel within 5 days.
Problem, am already blacklisted for bad payments. If they checked 1st that j cant afford a 2000.00 installment every month. I really cant and i wouldnt have agreed to do that. Not with my debts in this situation.
I think these people are and want to get rich with our hard earned cash. I sent them an email as i was advised at the cal centre and still no answer yet
