My last report on this case over a year ago is still on-going, or hopefully so. I was granted a conciliation hearing by the NCCSA at which Flexi Club made a unilateral offer that was rejected and the NCCSA advised that it had been referred to 'investigation unit'. The last response I got was in March 2013 from Vumiso Ndlovu who is the complaints co-ordinator at the NCCSA. Repeated followup had brought no response and Flexi Club remains silent, no doubt happy that nobody is doing anything about this [URL Removed] with the NCCSA has proven almost impossible and the Consumer help Department would seem to have no teeth at all. I am aware that Flexi Club attends their reviews every month and has enormous influence over their decisions. What a travesty of Justice.
