I have never seen such pathetic service in my life. 1st they sell me a product under false pretence and no one can account for it, tried to resolve the matter with the 'intellegent dephney' but she couldnt assist then requested my matter to be escalated to her manager who was to call me on the 03/04/2013. i call the bright dephney in 08 July only for to ask me has her manager call me as yet she ill get him to call me. She calls me the following day to tell me her clever manager sent me a mail all ask then is to get the sent mail i had to educate her on how to foward a mail to me CLASSIC. i guess i will wait 3months to get it..
i will not even start to mention the service i got from aarne notje who could return my calls let alone my mails he only keeps on sending the bright star depheny to contact me with absolutely All i need is a bright person within the company to resolve the matter for me if the company has no one competent enough please call me and advice accordingly and return what is due to me as a client...
