South African Airways are losing ground

On Saturday the 22nd of June our flight (SA 234) to London was delayed by three hours. The only information we received was on the info board. No representative came to speak to customers and not even an announcement was made. This complicated things drastically when I arrived in the UK. Thereafter both flights on returning to South Africa on the 5th of July from London to Cape Town, via JHB (SA 333) was delayed by an hour each. The worst part of my return flight to JHB was the rude air host. He walked around with a frown on his face, he didn't want to serve me two bottles of water and he told a fellow passenger that he had to listen to the announcement when he asked him what was served with the beef option. He seemed extremely irritable and his body language was closed and abrupt. He raced through the isle to return to the back. I did report him with one of the other air hostesses but I realize nothing will be done. Lastly, when our flight landed in Cape Town our luggage was still in Johannesburg. I think this would have been Bidvest at fault but the way SAA handled the ordeal was pitiful and unprofessional. From now on I will try my best to fly another airline.
