I have been trying to confirm the booking of my flight for 3 weeks. Have received absolutely no joy! Mango never responded to my telephones or emails. They had a problem confirming the payment via my Edgars Card. I was promised on every occasion that i contacted Mango that someone would return my call and that the booking was reserved at the same rate and further that they were attending to the problem as it was on their side. My reserved booking was cancelled without me even being informed 3 weeks later. The staff and Managers at the Head Office have absolutely no communication skills, infact I am yet to receive a response from a Manager.
