I took a trip with emirates in march this year. To cut a long story short they messed up not only my holiday but some business opportunities. And when i was promised they would adjust my flights so i could reschedule meetings, i saw some hope. But when it actually came to doing that they wouldnt and the staff and service i received was appauling. All in all it cost me a lot of extra money and time, and the worst was the way the staff treated me when i asked for help. I wrote to them to alert them of the situation and they said they wouyld reply within 30 days, this was almost 3 months ago. I emailed back with no response. For an airline that prides themselves on service im not impressed.
