South African Airways has the worst service!

I was 2 min late for my flight. The boarding time was 19h15pm and the departure time 19:45pm... and at the ticket office Darrin Peters the Team Leader said there is nothing he is going to do to accommodate me. With a smile on his face, he said you will have to pay the fine of R1100.00
I am not a happy customer.
