Finally after 2 months, saa paid out the money for the goods, and what do they pay out for about R2000.00 f goods, by their staff... only R500.00. do not fly saa ever, i will never fly saa
A family member of mine flew saa from London to JHB and from JHB to Cape Town, arriving in CPT she was told her baggage is on "hold" in JHB. But why is it on hold? no valid reason givin by saa. Finally only at 19h00 that night the case was delivered to our house. Wow i thought great service... no, when inspecting the case the screws had been tampered with and numerous valuables were, these were expensive gifts bought in the UK for various people, how will we get this back! sa is a wonderful place isn't it, if you want something just it, no worries. word of caution when flying saa, keep your valuables with you, on your person and even then keep a close eye on them, so disapointing, pathetic - keep a closer eye on your staff saa
