Scaming innocent people

I joined the flexi holiday club and to my understanding it was not credit given to me, it was purchasing points so that i can redeem them when i want to go on holiday. i lost my job and i informed the holiday club that i was unemployed therefore unable to pay for the subscription. they refused to cancel the subscription and they handed me over to their attorneys. if this is not cancelled i will go the media, NCR, Consumer protector and Credit Ombudsman, these people are defrauding unsuspecting people
