Quick to take your money 10 weeks to give it back

Tried to book a flight & rental car on 6May with Kulula website and after giving cc details received an error message to call their 086 number. (Received no flight confirmation.)

The girl had no record of the booking and assured me the R2 824 "hold" on my credit card will be reversed in 24 hours, which did not.

On 10 May I called 086 number again and talked to Roxanne Brooks (& mailed a copy of cc statement) which, after calling the bank while I was holding, said it will be sorted out in another 24 hours...

On 20 May it was still not reversed, called again and talked to the supervisor Moira that would discuss it with Roxanne and come back to me personally.
Roxanne called back to enquire what this query was about as she had no recollection and said she will search for the email.
Obviously she has done nothing for two weeks already...
Called back again later to say they will refund the payment in 6 to 8 weeks.

That is totally unacceptable as I have to make another booking, pay for another rental car and still have no email or any confirmation that this will be refunded.
