Following my complaint regarding no service from Flexi Club on 10 January 2013, I had a call from Arne at Head Office 4 hours later. He promised to assist me and asked to give him one week to sort out the problem. Well, it is one week later and no further feedback. I tried calling him on the number he called me from, 031 818 5500 and guess what??? the number does not exist!!!
I guess the next option will be to go to Carte Blanche.
I have had enough of this!
