No Response/Feedback

I can no longer afford to pay annual levies. I need to get out of this contract.
When phoning client service, nobody seems to be able to give me a straight answer. I get put through from one department to another, get put on hold, etc but can't seem to get through to the right person.

Please ACI I cannot afford this anymore. I can not even afford to utilize points anymore :-(
