Incompetant and billing for no service
I have a Telkom line and started off with a 1Mb 5Gig internet, after a year I moved to a Uncapped line also 1Mb but 2 month ago I asked them to make my line a 4 Mb Uncapped line. They agreed and started billing me for the 4 Mb uncapped line but they only moved me to a 2 Mb uncapped line. Now I ...
