It takes up to hours for a paid service (Blackberry Internet Service) to be reactivated like you taking credit on it. You pay, for no service delivery but they are quick to cut you off month end. They have a billion excuses for their problems when they should be coming up with a billion solutions. The Custmer Services call centre are quick to treat you like you a 5 year old in a remedial class.
