So its been 30 days since I moved into a new house in New Redruth. Since day one I haven't had a 3G signal for more than a few minutes. After a call (that I had to pay for since I only have a data contract and they don't reply to email inquiries) I found out that two of the four towers in the area are down. As a result my other data cost go up, since my uncapped data isn't there. In fact I had to do this report on my phone since I can't even get onto the site.
Also at the beginning of March there was a mistake with my payment, which I haven't had any feedback for either.
So basically at the moment I'm paying double for nothing.
I hate having to take this issue public, but what else can I do?
