I HAVE TWO CONTRACTS WITH CELL C AS THEIR RATES ARE THE LOWEST.
MY NUMBERS CONSTANTLY GO TO VOICEMAIL. IF I CAN MAKE A CALL I CAN'T HEAR AND THE CALL EVENTUALLY GETS DISCONNECTED.
I HAVE REPORTED TO CELL C AND COMPLETED A FORM WITH MY ADDRESS FOR THEM TO INVESTIGATE SIGNAL WITH NO LUCK.
I HAD TO RESORT TO A VODACOM PREPAID NUMBER WHICH WORKS PERFECT.
AFTER INVESTIGATING ONLINE, I HAVE FOUND MAY REPORTS WITH SIMILAR NETWORK PROBLEM.
WHICH CONCLUDES CELL C ARE IN BREACH OF THEIR CONTRACT. THEY ARE CHARGING CONSUMERS FOR A SERVICE WHICH THEY CAN'T DELIVER.
PLEASE ASSIST AS MY CONTRACT IS ONLY 6 MONTHS IN AM STUCK WITH THEM FOR ANOTHER14 MONTHS.
