I applied for a pre-paid line on line the call centre said my place infrastructure does not support pre-paid i should apply for a normal line and they changed it @Ref: cm201235. I called them again they said my place doesnt support normal line as well, yesterday they said i should apply for a wcdms (wireless) they promised that they gonna send me sms, ive never received any sms untill i call for the 5th time.

On my last call @Ref: 4-538483 they apologized for no sending me sms cause of they typed wrong numbers, Phakamile from call centre said i can go pick up the instrument @ any Telkom Store cause the are ready for collection. When i get to Festival Mall the sales assistant gave me stinking attitude & she gave me application to fill it up again, but when i call call centre they said i mustn't feel any form again.

The lady took her time to serve until i was late she said i can go & come back after 30min, i drove to Edenvale when i come back she made me que again for a long time and she was still gonna start with my application after she said when i come back everything will be fine. When she saw that im inpatient she said i must go and collect it tomorrow, Im not Happy @ ALL!!
