MTN STILL WASTING MY TIME

I herewith AGAIN, write another report on MTN as to bad service, incompetent staff and most of all, MTN not being able to give me answers.

Each call centre staff member has a different story to tell and not one of them is even near to the truth!

I have now been in contact with so many different people, that I cant even make heads or tails. The only person that came remotely close (But obviously went didn't help) is Tarryn Bennett who seems to not even work at MTN according to the call centre

I have now been told that my query was resolved - Nice to know that MTN is doing something without the knowledge of their clients.
I explained to ALL of the people I have spoken to that MTN is at fault and it can be proven by pulling all call records to the call centre. and when I say all, it should be around 8 calls within the last month and a half.

If there is anyone who can point me in the right direction as to lodging a complaint against MTN as a whole, it would be greatly appreciated!
I am making contact with all sources of Media to see whether they would be willing to support my "fight" against MTN, because it seems that the only time you get a response, is when they are threatened...
