Not deducting the correct amounts

This company charges one amount and deducts another. You only find later that your account is in the arrears due to the wrong deductions and then they want yout to pay the full amount or they wait till the amount reaches crazy amounts and then they want everthing at once. I want this sorted out as this is the second time this happens and the last time I was told that this won't happen again. I had to pay the full amount. How does your accounts work???
