I unfortunately went here to change my cellphone contract to Cell C and to get a new phone. The girl who helped me was very friendly but nothing she told me was correct e.g. when I would be switched over to Cell C, the amount of the contract and the charges that would be incurred. I went back and told them to please put me back to before I entered this shop but unfortunately I had signed the contract and I would lose my number and be disconnected for a few weeks. This is what I was told but you never know with them! When I received my first bill and saw the extra charges for admin and whatever I went back and spoke to the manageress who said she would sort it out. This was over 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting. I also had a call from their Customer services who I also informed that I was not happy but have never heard from them again - why they waste money on these centres I really do not know. I would not recommend this shop to anyone as their service is non existent and what they say is completely incorrect. Train your staff first please so that the customer is not penalised.
