I received my bill last week still showing that im being charged for my line that is not working. No one has contacted me since to advise that its working. I want answers and someone needs to call me on 0215276308. I was promised a refund on R500 and then I see that I get a credit on my bill. The fact that it is a credit makes it null and void due to the fact that I am being charged. It has been a very long time that my line has not worked. You deducted the money from my bank account without fail therefore the money that is owed to me should be put back in my account. You are gaining more from me than I am from you. You are being paid for no services rendered. The fact that you are still deducting money makes no sense. You should put a stop on your end till the problem is sorted and refund my my money due to me. I think it is high time now to get my lawyer involved, as there is has been no solution or feedback.

I want a proper response, not some generic email.
