OK - so since my last report Tercia contacted me and said that I had agreed to a figure of R385 pm - and yes Tercia I did but I didnt agreed to R200 of that being for buying my phone - in the recorded conversation she agreed that the consultant didnot mention that R200 pm would go to paying for the iphone - I still cannot believe how these people treat you - I have been a customer for over 20 years - never had a problem with my monthly billing until now and they just do not want to assist me in anyway to sort the problem - just what kind of organisation are you Autopage??? just how do you keep your customers because you customer service is shocking - the people you have handling your complaints dont want to fix the problem to be benefical to both you and your customer - what has happened to the customer always being right - certainly not the case in your eyes -people beware do not agree to anything with these people until you have it in writing - I can honestly say that I have never had such terrible service in my life - loyality means nothing to these people - rather look for a better service provider that autopage
