My bill was corrected for Nov-Dec billing as I was charged out of bundle rates for data even though I had a 1gb data bundle. (It was loaded but not activated) Now the same has occurred for Dec-Jan billing and I have to call them again. I need to know that the matter is been rectified and that MTN will not debit my account with a higher, incorrect amount and then credit my contact account. Incorrect amount of money being debited from my account is!
