CellC please get your service together this is not funny anymore. I waited for my phone long and now i am struggling to get my sim registered. What is wrong with you people, your Call Centre Agents are not doing their job right. I have been phoning customer care since morning, and have all 4 names of people i spoke to and i still don't have my problem solved each and everytime time they transfer me to sales the phone will just drop after i have been on hold for long. I am really tired now in such a way that i want to cancel my second contract i just had with you and leave the old one because it will expire soon. As for the girl i spoke to yesterday who was rude to me telling me that i need to go back to the store and get my registered after i told her the sim is contract and i've had it for 7 years now.
It's a pity because in those 7 years i have referred people to you thinking you better but after this i don't want anything to do with CellC. Even sent my complaint on your website but still nobody bothered to contact me. I hate CellC!!!
