AGAIN!!! 8ta's or Telkom or what ever its called now... inefficiency in dealing with anything that requires some thinking is just shocking. The worst service I have ever recieved. I was able however to have one of my lines reactivated last night which came as a shock because this time I was only asked for my ID no. once. This is my second report on what I consider to be a long standing issue. I was told that it has been escalated however no feedback in 48 hours is just ludacris considering you are essentially my money. You are charging me for a service that I have expressly stated that I do not want! I have not authorised you to take such money from me. You are unable to perform any mandate or request that I have asked. You have activated sims that I do not have. Should this matter not be addressed in the next 24 hours I will be approaching the media and thereafter persue other avenues that are avaailable to exploited consumers like myself. I urge you that someone takes ownership of this matter and resolves it, instead of providing me with some ridiculous template in the hopes that I may be pacified.
