In contradiction of the CPA my wife was misled/misinformed et cetera and we have now seen that the shop is closed and occupied by another customer - The past few years we've continuously struggled with incorrectly loaded options, instructions not followed - I had to go to Waterfall Park where I waited hours for an apology from the poor Customer Service agent - Obed Gabarone.

The Lifestyle Centurion Branch had two (2) owners in less than 1year and each staff complement got steadily worse with Abigail and her boss topping the list - Where I was paying R 260 - R 304 (as instructed by myself) I am now paying in excess of R 537 with only one obsolete phone and an old E63 in my possession as I have chosen not to upgrade again.

Dissatisfied customers were forever entering this branch and the staff used to do their nails and look unprofessional (did not have to try very hard)

They keep on contacting me whilst my wife is the policy holder- par for the course.

When I arrive at Waterfall Park or any other autopage head office I am taking my toddlers with...
