I have been trying to cancel this service since Feb 2013 and I keep getting transferred from pillar to post once I finally received confirmation regarding the cancellation of the service, my bill said something completely different I was charged in both March and April for a service I do not want let alone use. This is disgusting what happened to consumer rights, if this is not sorted out by end of April I intend on taking this further especially since Cell C hasn't gotten the best reputation around.
