Internet has not been working properly since 21/03/13. 1st Technician told me to replace cable which I did. 2nd Technician identified a faulty cable and said its fixed. Technician who said I must replace cable came again and said there is a dry joint in my line. This Technician could not identify where is the dry joint. I am payong for internet that that is not working 100%. Its off and on all the time. Can Telkmo please tell me exactly where is the fault.
