In 2012 around May, i settled my account with Cell C, Now to find to out that i have been handed to credit and i can not apply for contract phone, this individual told me to email her my deposit slip i did that, but not action was taken in this matter and it been almost a year. now a lady by this [Email Removed] give an attitude that it not thier problem that my account was not update. who is responsible that my account should be update. can i get this issue settled with immediate effect please, its holding my life and badly aaffecting my name on credit burea.
