My account is paid in full. i spoke to the supervisor-Perpetual, she advised me that my account is in order and i should not have any problems doing an upgrade. this is the 5th time now i went to the store at pavilion durban and they cant do my upgrade because my account has not been updated by credit control. im am sick and tired of the people that work for cellc. nobody seems to be doing their jobs properly. i am wasting time and petrol running up and down to do a simple upgrade.
