Cry every time i have to phone, sick of the service

Call centre agents: pearl ndimandi, sean pembe, helen moletsane, lindibuhle ngobo, alicia hutchinson, zanele mthiathi, you all dont know what customer service is. received reference numbers and still no one came back to me. sebastian at the no 0113244833 i called you tuesday morning 2 april2013 in desperate need of help, you promised to call me back the same day and you did not, i had to call back thursday afternoon again after you. and then when you got somoene else to phone me friday she also did not have the billing info i required for amounts owing to the contract end date in june

The lady that did work with sebastian that called me on friday, sorry i hanged up but i burst out it tears as i cant take it anymore.

My 2nd line on my contract 0848800401 disconnected and cancelled when you phone the number it says no does not exist.

No one bothered to phone me and tell me why, in march when i was also incovenienced by the phone being blocked no one bothered to tell me that the payments i made went to the other line.

So now i had to pay xtra monies to get the line connected again, total amount R1464. so I paid R1800 yesterday. and have to wait for a new sim card.
