I believe the only communincation with nashua mobile is throught hello peter since when you go to the branch the consultants will tell u they don't know what to do and you wonder why were they hired. And secondly contactin their call centre is a waste of airtime since you only listen to their stupid IVR without getting thru to anyone. Welilw wsa dealing with my query and promised that an amount will b waivered from my account due to the stores negligence and that has been done. Its do disgusting that I always have to go aftert nashua for them yto do their job right. He promised to get back to me as my phone was not brought back to me and has been in for repairs 4 3months and still he failed to adhere to that. I'm taking this matter to CPA as I will not be a pupet. I have nothing futher to discuss with Nashua as they use their customer and take advantage of them.
