Debit account on the wrong date

I have 3 contract phone with cellc, but this month they debit my account on the wrong date and the bank charge me R138 for each account and is not my fault for that, i tried to call them but no one is willing to help me, i did send mail to customer service but no one assist me.am not willing to pay bank charges for R414 for Cellc mistake.
