I have paid the lousy R100 that I owe you and emailed proof of payment to your customer service, so why is my cellphone service still suspended after 2 days of making payment. I cant receive incoming or make outgoing calls nor smses, I cant even call your lousy call centre. I thought I was going for a cheaper service provider and with that I got pathetic cheap service from your company. That is why you are a third rate service provider, MTN must just buy you out. I regret porting my number from MTN to Cell C. Your modus operandi big time. I cant wait to cancel this contract and go back to MTN.
