Oy oh boy but telkom really is the pits. New services division answers the phone in record time but billing enquiries..hah..I spent 40 min waiting on my cellphone for someone to pick up. After all that waiting the women that picked up could give me no information whatsoever - she also told me to go to a public phone if I'm not happy using my cellphone. Firstly, they used an old account and didnt change the address or billing details. Secondly, they gave and charged me for services that I did not order and thirdly they put a limit on my account but included my installation and services I did not order in it so guess what... less than two weeks of a new line... the line is now suspended. This is completely unacceptable. Now after about an hour on the phone with about 4 different people... I am still nowhere. The billing department is ridiculous... take peoples money and then you just get shoved from one person to another, they are probably doing it just because they think you will give up and just pay. I wont, this is unacceptable... I pay more than R1500 in services a month and they dont have the common decency to help when I have questions. UNHAPPY CLIENT!
