Since I got my 8ta contract, I've had nothing but problems. I pay it via debit order, which has been going off well until January, apparently. Despite there being sufficient funds in my account, the 8ta payment was not taken for Jan & Feb. Not a single phone call from 8ta to enquire as to why, or to inform me that my account is overdue. Also not a warning that they were about to cut off my service - OVER EASTER WEEKEND! I use this data contract and my iPad for business, and thanks to this useless company I once again am stranded with no service when I need it. So I go to the 8ta store in Woodlands Blv today to pay it, and the utterly useless clerk (who can't get far past "Ugh, eish..." tells me that I can't make a payment there, I must make it at the bank. What part of PUBLIC HOLIDAY and NO INTERNET SERVICE DUE TO YOUR PATHETIC LACK OF SERVICE do you not understand?!?! I wish so badly that I could cancel this contract without having to pay them for not delivering the service I pay for...
