My wife and i have voluntary call limits on our phones seeing that you charge so much for everything else... now due to unforeseen sircumstances, we had to use our phones and through the use we were soft locked, now that we would like to have our phones unlocked none of your staff or your internet isnt available... please update your we as consumers dont need any BEE... your call centre sux
