I had misplaced my simcard and i have called the call center to help with the simswap, i was told it will take 48 hrs and nothing had been done. I then laid a complaint on helopeter and got a quick response to my complaint. a lady named Ruth was very helpfull, i gave her my simcard number as she requested and she said it was gonna go through but the sim card is stil not working. I've purchased another SIM card and I'd like for someone to please assist me.
