I recently did an ugrade with cell c and just realise that i do n't have airtime and sms and i call the customer care and i was told that the airtime that was recharged i have forfeited it and still going to pay for it what a day-light and still going to be charge pro-rata and be bill for the full month of april i been with cell c since 2007 i have never seen somethomng like this.never upgrade with this network and i am chnging the network.
