As per my previous report the matter is still not solved. I have been back to the store with no joy. I had no option but to purchase a new battery and now its the same problem as before. WHAT DO I DO???
I will never take another contract with Cell C ever again and neither with I recomend anyone else to.
No Customer service at all...
