I phoned the upgrade centre the 10th of march to upgarade my contract, on the 15th i recieved the wrong handset, and immediately phoned the upgrade centre to inform them, they said they will arrange a pickup for the handset and only when they recieve the handset they will issue the correct one. i called back on the 19th and was told that i should be contacted by the couriers the following day. I called again on the 22nd, it was just as fruitless as the other calls. Today i spoke with another consultant online and was told to expect feedback in 24 to 48hours... as if I havn't waited long enough...!!!
