NO RESPONSE FROM CALL CENTRE

I HAVE SIGNED A NEW CONTRACT ON THE 15 OF MARCH 2013.TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COPY OF MY CONTACT EXPLAINING WHAT I HAVE SIGNED FOR.I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH GIRLIE AND ASKED HER NUMEROUS TIMES FOR A COPY TO BE EMAILED TO ME, BUT HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY THING YET.I TRYED TO CONTACT HER ON SEVERAL OCATIONS, AND LEFT MASSAGES BUT NOTHING.I AM ALSO CHARGED FOR THINGS I DID NOT AUTHORISED.I WILL IN FUTURE NOT MAKE USE AF AUTOPAGE AGAIN, I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR 10 YEARS.BAD SERVICE!!! AVOID!!!
