Your services is disgusting, I cancelled my 8ta cellphone account after only having it for 3 days due to misleading contract information.
The lady who I asked on numerous occasions on numerous different dates whether I would receive deductions off my account informed me that I WILL NOT and what happened??? I got a deduction of R1890. This is absurd.
To date I have not received any reimbursements, or any assistance except for a "I DO NOT CARE ATTITUDE". and pass the blame onto all the other sales assistants in the branch.
I want my money reimbursed!!!
