This (Imran at 21.10 pm 2013/03/24) told me to dive into the ocean to repair the Seacom cable if i want my internet to work, because its not just me, its international and could take 1 or 2 weeks to fix. How can you be to talk to your customers like this. I wonder when my money will come from international account and dry up to pay for this POOR AND UNRELIABLE SERVICE, because my South African rands never fail to get into your account in full every month but you can not say the same about your service supplier. Sick of all your excuses.
