I have often wanted to leave Autopage - like my bank it's a love/hate relationship with no obvious escape, but in December I was pleasantly surprised when "DION" took my call. I believe his department is upgrades and porting.
He was interested in solving my problem, interested in getting my phone transferred, interested in keeping me updated when sim cards were out of stock and even interested in phoning to make sure that all my numbers were backed up before he processes the porting.
It's Members of staff like Dion who make me interested in staying with a company, interested in using and supporting the services they provide and interested in recommending them to others.
Autopage please be kind enough as to acknowledge and indicate my appreciation to this member of your team for a job excellently executed.
