All I wanted was to get rates from these people for a loan. I was not interested in taking a loan with them because I realised that I could not afford it. They asked for documents but because I was no longer interested, they still debited my account with R399-00. I asked the lady, Reily if this will be going off my account again, but eventually there was no one at the other end. She expected me to go back into their site again but what guarantee did I have that they would not charge me for opening that site again. I am disgusted with the attitude and with the fact that regardless of the fact that I was not interested in this Company's services, they still deducted funds from my account.
