I did an upgrade on my phone today to a Blackberry Z 10 Straight up top up device Adriana Afrikaner was the salesperson who refrained from telling me that once I signed the contract I was bound to keeping the contract even if I was not happy with the terms and conditions. Llewelyn Saunders her supervisor displayed a bad attitude and poor customer rapport when upon returning to the store two hours later failed to explain the returns policy in a polite manner. I approached the manager Rozina Scheepers who also became and told me that I should read properly and when going to Wimpy to purchase a burger, as a consumer I am not allowed to return it because I saw a better burger somewhere else. Is this the case? What are my rights in terms of signing for a contract, taking the phone then wanting to return it 2 hours later? Do I need to provide a reason for not wanting it. My reason would be that I could get a better deal at Cell C. I never even opened the phone after leaving the store. They then also refused to keep the phone in store and made me take it home until they contacted CPA. Please help.
