MONEY OWING TO ME & LACK OF SERVICE

Previously I complained about being overcharged and I was informed that R6000.00 was due back to me and I insisted that I wanted the cash and not for my account to be credited. I have now been told that my account has been credited for just over R1000.00. I want my money in my account and the correct amount! I am sick of being messed around. Furthermore the one contract I took out for a 3G card, I was guaranteed that my son would have full reception in Stellenbosch. I got the contract in December and to date he has been unable to use his 3G card as he has no reception. I did report this at the Hillcrest Branch but to date nothing has happened! I am putting a hault on my debit order until all these things have been resolved!!! Yet once again Autopage has let me down and I cannot wait for the contracts to expire!
