8ta staff member jabu, promised opening a contract took about 30 mins. However there was a system error and he could load the contact onto their system. I agreed to wait till sunday but on sunday was told to wait until monday so i told them to cancell the deal. About a week later i get an invoice from 8ta for R900. Called the store and wS told they will check and call me back... never happened. I go to the store n they supposedly wiped my details from the system but refused to provide proof that the contract was cancelled
