I am utterly shocked and appalled by the lack of service from OpenWeb. Not only did their connection stop working every few minutes, but they tried to blame the failure on me (with a typical "it works on this side" response). This is despite evidence to the contrary (Telkom's guest ADSL, WebAfrica, and AfriHost all work 110%). When I eventually gave up trying to get them to assist me, I sent an email to admin at openweb as well as ceo at openweb. I have not received a reply, nor have I been refunded my service charge, nor has my account been cancelled. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT use them.
